The dismantling of the "Belgian Brocken" in the Belgian Ardennes began in the first half of the 17th century. In the natural stone million fine grenade (gems) are incorporated into a size of 5-15 microns. Durch die zwei unterschiedliche Körnung ist er Optimal für Messer Vor und fein zu schleifen. Die Größe reicht für den Hausgebrauch leicht aus. Für das schleifen selber braucht man allerdings Übung.
