Having used this strimmer head, I will never go back to a bump-feed head. It mashes through grass and other vegetation, with six lines flailing around it mulches the material before it evens hits the ground, and because the work-load is spread over more lines they last a lot longer than the usual two line set up. When the line finally wears down it is quick and easy to slip in some new lines using the supplied Allen Key. This is important, not only is it more effective than the standard 2 line / bump-feed heads, it saves time overall because the lines last much longer, and no more tedious winding line onto the reel. Buy it, you will not regret it!

This head is substantially built from very tough nylon-like plastic (the green part) and aluminium. It should last years. Super quality. I'm impressed.
