Lots of chemicals that stain, irritate skin, and smell not so great. This apron works great for it. I can keep my phone in the front pocket and it helps keep it from shedding light in the dark, while keeping it handy. My only gripe is the rag ring is just a piece of round steel with the ends butted together, so once in a while it comes loose. The rag also tends to slip out of it a lot, which is a little annoying, especially when I have hands covered in chemicals and I reach for a rag that isn't there. I remedied this by just tying the rag to it. Other than that, this works great.
