Bought it ready for the Christmas joint and I am very impressed - it carves a joint perfectly. I love the length of the knife, the sturdy comfortable handle and the sturdiness of it. I have multiple spinal fractures and too much pressure on my hands and arms also hurts my back. I had none of that with this knife. I don't like knives, but love cooking! so this blunt ended knife makes me feel much more comfortable. Basically, I used to dread carving meat - it used to take me ages and was very painful. I'm looking to get the basic kitchen knife from this range and also the bread knife.
