A: I would say yes but it's paper thin and brittle so it won't roll off that much

**Q: Will this work to prevent galvanic corrosion between steel and aluminum?**
A: Perhaps, but, it would take a considerable amount as this is very thin and would oxidize quickly.

**Q: Is it self adhesive?**
A: No it is not adhesive

A nice magnesium ribbon.

This works great for it's intended purpose. I had to hit it a few seconds with a cooking torch for it to light, but it burns with a hot, white flame and will ignite high temperature substance you need it to.
