The solid rubber tire casters are robust and of good quality, making it easy to roll on my patio, and the wheel locks are easy to work, yet secure. Construction overall is quite sturdy for this product class, and the parts were accurately made. Painted surfaces appear to be high quality powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance. The clever design features makes putting it together quite easy for anyone with reasonable mechanical skills. The instructions are very good. All the pieces and bolt holes lined up correctly.
