The first hint of hayferev season and we make sure we have an in date bottle each ready to go. Start using it early as it takes a little while for the effect to build up and to start working effectively. I have a feeling too many people try it for a day or two and think no, it's not working, and then give up. The idea with this stuff is to keep using it every day and after a few it keeps on going and does the job quite well. It may not give 100% relief, but it certainly makes a big difference.It doesn't sting, usually, but if you use it for months it might well start to irritate and you should then stop of course. It relieves the sinuses, helping to gradually clear them and stop itchiness. It has a strange scent, which you can also taste if you sniff it violently and down to the back of the throat. Best not to do that of course. During hayfever season, nasal congestion can be really frustrating, and this spray has made it much easier for me to breathe throughout the day.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still experience itchy eyes by the end of the day. When that happens, I find myself wishing I could use the spray again, but the instructions advise not to use it more than twice daily. While it does a good job with my nasal symptoms, it doesn't seem to provide enough relief for all of my hayfever symptoms for a full day.Overall, I think it's an effective product for relieving a blocked nose and I would recommend it to other hayfever sufferers.
