Do not switch the white (netural) wire via this device. I used this on my Cadet heater, because when you turn it off the contacts are forced open. Not just a high temperature. **Q: I returned you product to a local Kohls and i received an email today that the product was never received. This was installed in a 11ftx13ft bedroom for supplemental heat.
