It barely fits my 7 inch wrist. There is NO way this will fit an 8 inch wrist. For larger than 7 inches, take my advice and order the LARGE **Q: I work more than 8 hours per day with a computer. Are this gloves comfy and useful to use when you are working? The package includes both gloves?** A: Semi-comfortable. It includes only one glove. You have to order a left or right one. Overall i feel that this product is top quality. I cannot disprove the quality but in my caset has helped keep my wrists straight and with my wrist pains. Unfortunately the velcro "hook" straps have started to become flimsy and not fasten to the wrist "loops" (official terminolgy). It Mostly stays fasten but i would like better quality on the velcro or a solution to this problem.
