**Q: Is this dry salt that will work in grinder?**
A: This salt is damp so it will stick, but if you were to leave it in an air to dry off it would work in a salt grinder. I just crush mine quickly in a pestle and mortar and let it dry for a bit. It’s so worth it and I like the rough texture.

**Q: whats the differences between this salt and the light grey celtic salt**
A: Deep water sea salt is just that. It is taken from waters inthe deepest part of the Pacific Ocean which does not mix with polluted higher layers. The water is separated from the salt. This is deep sea water which is wonderful but massively expensive and the deep sea salt which is sweet and lacks the harshness of regular salt. Deep sea salt has additional minerals and never appears to dry out. 
The grey sea salt is taken from salt pans on beaches. The difference is not only in the price but in the flavour.
