Review: GREAT customer service!!! - For the price, this is a good bike. I’d rate the product itself about 3.5–4 stars. I ordered two (one for me and one for my husband). Gears shift smoothly enough, brakes work well, and the included handlebar sticker helps with alignment, which is a nice touch. On both bikes, the inner tubes in the back tires popped right away (regular roads, no debris). It was a cheap/easy fix, so we didn’t contact the company. The tires are not perfectly straight and do wobble. On my second ride, I noticed my right foot bending outward as I pedaled, causing knee pain. The pedal threads and crank arm were stripped, so the pedal was coming loose. This time I contacted customer service. Responses weren’t instant but were consistent, thoughtful, and helpful. At first, they offered a partial refund if I replaced the pedal myself. Once I explained the crank arm was stripped (requiring a special tool and knowledge), they immediately replaced the entire bike at no cost to me, no return shipping, no hassle. The replacement bike arrived quickly and works perfectly. After several hours of riding, I’ve had no issues (even the inner tube is holding up). Overall, while the bikes themselves are decent budget friendly bikes, the customer service was outstanding and absolutely deserves 5 stars!
Review: Problem right out of the box - Bike came with road tires not mountain bike tires, I also bought a 26 inch and it came with mountain tires, also the sprocket and Chain makes a scraping noise when riding, I assume the adjustments are off, we will see if seller will do anything about these problems, other than that I do like the bikes

## Features

- FIT FOR SHORTER RIDERS: The WEIZE 24 Inch Mountain Bike fits riders approximately 4'8"–5'6" tall, offering a smaller wheel option within this adult bike range. An adjustable seat helps you fine-tune your riding position. Check the recommended rider height before choosing your size.
- DUAL SUSPENSION FOR COMFORT: A front suspension fork and rear coil shock help absorb bumps from both ends of the bike. Paired with a durable high-carbon steel frame, this Full Suspension Mountain Bike helps make neighborhood rides, park paths, and uneven gravel routes more comfortable.
- 18-SPEED PEDALING OPTIONS: The 18-speed drivetrain lets you adjust pedaling effort for uphill sections and level roads. Choose a suitable gear to maintain a comfortable pedaling pace as riding conditions change, whether cycling around the neighborhood or enjoying recreational outings.
- FRONT AND REAR V-BRAKES: Hand-operated V-brakes, also known as linear-pull brakes, provide braking at both wheels. Separate handlebar brake levers let you control the front and rear brakes to manage your speed when slowing down or stopping.

### ⭐ Unreliable and dangerous
*by C***R on June 28, 2026*

Very poor quality and cheap. It falls apart frequently. My handlebars are consistently out of alignment even when I assure they are adequately tighten multiple times. It is dangerous to ride. Not to mention the brakes are bad and the gear system does not work. It is wildly uncomfortable to ride. I have only had the bike for 3 months and I am already looking to replace it. This thing is incredibly unreliable. You would be better off going to anywhere else.
