The price point is low and this bike has a lot of style and comfort ### ⭐ Poor Quality, Unsafe to Use, and Nearly Impossible to Return *by R***R on July 5, 2026* I am extremely disappointed with this product and would strongly advise others not to buy it. First, the brakes are poorly designed and impossible to adjust properly. They are either so tight that they create excessive friction and make the bike exhausting to use, or so loose that they barely function, which is a serious safety concern. No matter how much I adjusted them, I could never find a setting that worked properly. The gears are another major issue. They make a significant amount of noise while riding and clearly require adjustment right out of the box. A new product should not arrive with these kinds of basic mechanical problems. The most frustrating part, however, has been the seller’s customer service. Despite the obvious issues, they refused to accept a return unless I paid for the return shipping. When a product arrives with defects or serious quality issues, customers should not be expected to bear the cost of returning it. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I regret purchasing this product and would strongly recommend that anyone considering it look elsewhere.
