I like this in smoothies blended with almond or coconut milk, blueberries or bananas. I have also used it in baking & making pancakes. Secondly, the macros are very good and the amino acid profile is impressive for a plant based protein! Aside from the protein, this also contains a healthy amount of fiber, calcium and iron, this is why it is my go-to protein supplement.
