The first is that it comes completely disassembled, you have to put all the pieces together. The second is that you will need a power drill to make the holes bigger. The directions said that you could file the holes, but I found that completely ineffective. Thirdly, the directions are very unclear. If you are not a DIY type of person you will need to enlist the help of someone who is.
