The monitor only comes with the extra large cuff so you would have to buy the appropriate cuff. I bought both the small and the medium cuffs. I happen to have a Miniature Schnauzer (19 lbs.) and when I put the medium cuff on our dog the monitor gave a message stating the cuff was too large, so I had to switch to the small cuff.
