Told it’s good. ### ⭐ Schlechte Qualität und sehr schlechter Service *by A***. on 14 October 2020* Dieses Headset habe ich hauptsächlich für Passagiere gekauft. Bei dem Preis habe ich schon nicht all zu viel erwartet und es kann ja durchaus passieren, dass ein neues geliefertes Headset nicht funktioniert. Dies habe ich auch dem Verkäufer/ Hersteller gemeldet, jedoch war der Verkäufer überhaupt nicht bereit das Headset zurückzunehmen obwohl mir das zweiwöchige Rückgaberecht zustand (auch ohne Angabe von Gründen). Es wurden Gründe erfunden warum das Headset nicht zurückgenommen werden könne, wie z.B. aufgrund der aktuellen hygienischen Gegebenheiten oder das alle Flugzeuge in denen ich das Headset ausprobiert habe kaputt seien. Ich wurde nur auf ein Ersatzteil (Mikrofon) vertröstet, dass ich dann selber austauschen musste. Dabei hätte durchaus etwas kaputte gehen können, was dann wiederum meine Schuld gewesen wäre. Damit wäre der Verkäufer fein raus. Auch mit neuen Mikrofon gab's keine Besserung. Das Problem: Sobald das Headset am Intercom im Cockpit angeschlossen wurde gab es große Störungen im Intercom und im Funkverkehr beim senden. Nachdem ich Amazon um Hilfe gebeten habe, sah der Verkäufer es endlich ein, das Headset zurück zu nehmen. Auch hier musste ich jedoch wieder in Vorleistung gehen und das Headset auf eigene Kosten versenden. Zum Glück war Amazon mit der A-Z Garantie bereit mir alle Kosten zu erstatten. Vielen Dank dafür! Von einem Kauf bei diesem Verkäufer rate ich dringend ab.
