Finally, I took a leap of faith and purchased this hair fork as a last resort before chopping it off at chin length. It has been worth every penny, and then some. I twist my hair into a bun, slide the fork in, and everything miraculously stays put ALL DAY LONG. The curved shape lies comfortably against my head, and at the end of the day, my scalp doesn't hurt! Although it is quite pretty to look at, once it's in my hair, it's invisible. I love the fact that there are no moving parts to break, and it's made of solid metal; it will probably be supporting my coif for many years to come.
