The fact that it’s not filled with needless chemicals like other US based brands is the number one reason I bought this. The taste isn’t overly sweet nor is it tart. The texture is thick but soft. Given doesn’t have the added sugars nor other ingredients that act as filler and frankly unhealthy for us, I’ve set this as a subscription so I can continue to get it. Love that it doesn’t spike the blood sugar so your body isn’t instantly hungry again. It’s a great snack option, especially if you’re wanting something ‘sweet’ but don’t want to go the unhealthy route with processed ingredients. I like to cut the top off so I can eat it with a spoon. If you’re hesitant on the price point, I recommend trying it.
