**Q: The description says this is 53 inches high ... Is that a misprint ? How tall is it ?**
A: I believe that 53" you see is the shipping package dimension. Look under product description after product details. It says 91 inch tall radiant glass tube outdoor heater. I just measured mine and that is about the right height dimension.I had to do some remounting of the heater brackets but has worked great for a few years now.

**Q: Can this be used in a covered porch?**
A: Yes, as long as the roof is at least a foot and a half taller than the heater and the porch is not. Totally inclosed

**Q: what is the return policy if the quality isn't what we expect?**
A: Ask the vendor.

**Q: Why are the lower panels white instead of silver like the picture?**
A: The panels on mine are stainless steel(silver).
