They do’t leave a reside or strong smell, dishes just come out clean. We live in a soft water areas so not sure if that helps but I have tried various ones on the past and these are definitely the best. They are also a lot better that their ‘sister’ version of the all in one be ecover which doesn’t seem to clean as well and leaves things a bit streaky.
