I used it regularly and almost immediately the pain in my knees when going up stairs was gone. Completely GONE! My weight started dropping and my balance had improved considerably. It just overall made me feel good after using it regularly. Fast forward to almost a year later I am back to using it pretty regularly 10 min a day. I feel GREAT and my weight is down 40+ pounds with minimal dietary changes. I highly recommend this for any reason whether it be weight loss, toning, circulation, balance issues, lymphatic drainage, sinus problems or just giving your system some sort of movement (even if you sit while doing it) I do use the resistance bands and some of my late 50’s flabby arms have toned up. Great Product! *by B***T on 26 February 2025* This vibration plate is incredibly sturdy. I had my husband try it as he's over 200 lbs and it functioned perfectly. I did have the issue where I got terribly itchy the first time I used it. The itching subsided a few minutes after stopping use. There may be a few reasons for itching while using a vibration plate: Vibration plates stimulate blood circulation throughout the body. This increased blood flow can cause a tingling or itching sensation, especially in the skin Vibration can trigger the release of histamine, a chemical that causes inflammation and itching Individuals with sensitive skin or underlying medical conditions may be more prone to experiencing itching from vibration plates Factors such as temperature, humidity, and hydration levels can also contribute to itching I noticed the itching was worse while wearing loose fitting workout pants because my skin would get hot underneath. I changed into loose fitting shorts and was much more comfortable. I started off on the lowest setting and it's been 4 days. I was able to get through 10 minutes without itching on about the 3rd day. I upped the setting to program 1 tonight, and I did end up getting some itching. But, I pushed through and will continue with this setting until I can get through it without any itching like I did with the beginning setting. I will work my way up. I know people have returned this because of itching, but from my experience, it got better each day. I feel like you build up a tolerance and your lymphatic system is being stimulated and is detoxifying. There will most likely be some sort of side effect in the beginning, especially for people that aren't active. I definitely recommend this and at least giving it a few weeks to use before considering a return. Start off with just a few minutes at a time and work up a tolerance.
