I'm using it to charge smaller 1/24 scale-sized batteries(2S 350-900mah) - so it's nice to be able to turn the charging amperage down so that the battery packs don't get too hot while charging. The charger itself is also barely bigger than my batteries, which keeps my kit nice and compact. It offers lots of options for charging, including balance charging to full charge, or partially charging for storage. With the battery size/charging rate I'm using, the cooling fan only runs occasionally. Despite all the options, I found the menu easy to navigate. It's half the size, and more capable than the Spektrum smart charger I have. Screen is easy to read, and the unit feels solidly built. Remember that if your batteries don't have an XT60 plug on them, you'll need to buy or make some adapter cables.
