Doesn’t look cheap at all. There are loops along the neckline and it comes with large safety pins and a pkg of clear buttons. No instructions. What am I to do with these things? How to I keep it from sliding off my shoulders, how do I attach it? After much thought, I concluded that I am supposed to sew all those buttons onto my Ren fair dress and then use the loops on the fur collar to button it onto the dress, ?? I won’t be doing that. I can use one of those large safety pins to hold it together at the front and maybe another one to pin it to the back neckline to keep it from sliding around? Or not wear it at all. Have to think about this.
