I usually wear an XL, but went with the 2XL. I'm 6'2", was 221lbs; BMI 28.2 (now down to 192lbs with a BMI of 19.2); it fits perfectly. I suggest wearing light spandex and a dry-fit shirt underneath. This is not a suit for stretching or doing things like lunges, etc. The interior sticks to bare skin; you will absolutely tear it. If you want to stretch and get a good sweat, wear winter spandex and a running shirt. Make sure to stay hydrated as you will sweat profusely. I usually drink organic coconut water while I workout using this suit. It's much better than water or sports drinks. I have no complaints; it's well-made and works as advertised.
