This has every appearance, packaging and function of being an original Brother cartridge (there are so many counterfeits on the internet). I used it in my Brother HL-L6415DW printer. We had a huge print job to do and I got well into the use of this cartridge - It's supposed to do 18,000 pages and I got about that many on my 1st one from another vendor - number (TN920UXXL). I've also let these sit in the machine between large print jobs in a fairly humid area for about a year with no problems.
