Delighted. *by A***. on 29 April 2020* Arrived on time. Packaging very good. Very simple to assemble. Bought this machine after my arthritic knee finally cried enough and I was forced to use crutches, and then my knee replacement operation was postponed indefinitely due to Covid 19. A bit of research suggested cycling was the best form of exercise for arthritic knees. With no room to keep a ride-on machine the’FitQuick’ machine looked promising. Now, after two weeks using the machine I can report that I am amazed and delighted at how my knee has improved. I can now walk a mile with only minor discomfort. No more crutches. Additional benefits are that it is now much easier to get in and out of chairs and up and down stairs. Also, my ’loose’ knee which had been causing me great discomfort in bed at night, Is now also much improved. Distance wise I have progressed from 2k to 15k a day. Could do more but don’t want to risk over-doing it. In conclusion, I sit on the couch, watch TV, pedal away, and get all the benefits in comfort.
