Review: Works well but overpriced - So far so good...it' been a few weeks and it's doing what it's supposed to. Unfortunately, it does have that 'medicinal public washroom' smell I suspect is from the chlorine or bromine or whatever bleaching agent is in it. Definitely works! I would also like to add that the product itself is over-priced. There is no reason this item should cost $35+ CDN - but I still gave it a 4-star because I do like how it works. Review: Worth it. - I was skeptical about this product. I moved into my home in 2019 and have been plagued by discolored water, ring around the toilet, and black scum at the top under the rim. This product fixed all those problems. You really have to never scrub when you keep this product filled. I think my toilet looks brighter white than ever. It also doesn't have a overbearing smell. I can't even notice a smell but my wife says it's faintly smelling like a pool. I purchased 2 initially. Once I realized it worked and was easy to hook up I purchased 2 more for my other toilets. A great buy! Refills are a little pricey but last up to 3 months. ## Features - Stains and build up are caused by hard water minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, sulphates, lime and other minerals found in your water; NeverScrub was specially formulated to actively break down minerals to keep your bowl sparkling clean - Fight stains every time you flush! The water is connected directly from the water supply. **Q: Is the 2 pack for 2 toilets** A: Two pack system is for two toilets, two pack replacement cartridge is for after you have the system installed. **Q: How do you know when it is empty?** A: I live in the country and we have rural water that leaves a discolored ring in the bowl. I clean the toilet, then use the NeverScrub and my bowl stays clean for 4 or more months! If the stains return I know it's time to replace it. Besides that, you can look at the tubes on the NeverSrub which are white when installed, but over time they turn yellowish. Lastly, when first installed, NeverScrub has a clean bleach-like smell that eventually goes away over time. **Q: This isn’t a question. Just an idea for those that hated this product. Don’t use it for cleaners, use it for “just a drop”. No more bad odors?!** A: Interesting. I like this product but so expensive. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well but overpriced *by V***E on 1 October 2017* So far so good...it' been a few weeks and it's doing what it's supposed to. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it. *by C***N on 17 January 2024* I was skeptical about this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Long Lasting, Simple to Install *by B***O on 27 October 2018* I purchased two of these over a year ago. I bought them for one of the toilets in my house that was flushed at least three times a day. Each one lasted about six months before the "clean" smell went away. By clean I mean a bleach or chlorine smell after each flush. It's not an overpowering smell, but you can tell it's still working. This product keeps the bowl portion very clean with minimal brushing once in a while. The installation is very simple. Just pull off the old tubes and install the new tubes already connected to the cleaning container and hang it inside of the toilet tank. No tools needed. Just be careful not to break the internal stuff in your toilet. I just bought four more of these for all of the toilets in my house. ## Frequently Bought Together - NeverScrub – Automatic Toilet Cleaning System – Effortless and Automatic – 2 Pack - NeverScrub!
