Holds a thick glass jar full of tea bags and a radio without issue. Even largest types of kitchen rolls fit on the bar. But didn’t want to wait a month for delivery of the stainless one.The aluminium is a satin finish.I did not use the glue or self adhesive pads.The factory drill holes are underneath the shelf and If used the shelf would tilt downwards.I drilled two mounting holes above the shelf which then held the shelf rock solid and dead level.I am really pleased with the shelf.As can be seen it is strong and secure and holds a lot of weight for its size.The mounting screws and plugs supplied are strong and ideal and have a decorative screw cap cover.Excellent and would recommendRoll can only be slid on from the right so be aware ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Towel holder *by D***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 February 2021* Looks good and lovely little ledge above, however stickers did not last more than a few days when it clattered off wall.
