It’s got a base like a cordless kettle but it’s easy to forget and if water gets in the underside of the actual pot it’s likely going to finish it off obviously! Aside from user error we have absolutely loved this little frother, hence the second purchase. It’s powerfully fast, plenty of settings, easy to clean, really easy to use, works perfectly, is quiet (but nice beeps), and it looks nice too. If I was to be nit picky I would say I’d prefer a glass lid rather than plastic but I to not a big deal.
