Review: Great for soughdough - Working great for my soughdough bread to bot stick to the sides of the baton/bowl while proofing/rising.
Review: Hm-m-m-m-m. - Just used two tablespoons worth today to make a rice paste to go into some Kimchi. Never tasted it but I expect it to taste like rice. In making a rice paste one needs to screen the flour first as it will clump. My mistake. I used a sieve. to blend out the clumps but sieving the flour first will go a long way to reducing clumps albeit pre-blending the flour with a bit of cold water and a shaker to blend the flour before putting it into simmering water to make a paste. Thus far the rice flour is doing what I need it to do so no real complaint.

The item package was leaking even thought the shipping package is not damaged so it looks like it was leaking when shipped. Also the package was less than the three pounds in the description. Update: The company contacted us and offered a full refund.
