My friend recommended me to try Konjac and told me Konjac noodles will meet my needs. I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I love Asian noodles by the way.When I received those noodles, I didn't expect them to be so yummy. They were AWESOME!! Very easy to cook (you can eat it right away or like me, boil it in water for 3min). There were sauce bags in each pack and those bags made the noodles super tasty. I added some veggies on top to make a more delusions meal.This product is the best low cal product I've ever tried. A couple of days later I got an email from the newdles people explain about how the cold temperatures in the north east of the US had affected the texture of the newdles and offered to make up for it and they sent a good version and OMG these are such a great alternative to pasta, especially on keto. You don't miss the regular pasta at all with these! Thank you to the newdles team for being up front and remedying the problem. I'm actually really impressed.A friend of mine brought these noodles and convinced a few of us to try them -- I really wasn't expecting much ('needles' sound kind of weird, and I normally don't buy instant anything or eat a ton of noodles in general) but:1. They were surprisingly really chewy / al dente in texture (I thought they'd be a lot more slimy and stuck together)2. Super easy to prepare for those busy and lazy guys, like me3. Just plain tasty!I'm usually pretty hesitant to purchase or consume anything prepackaged like this, but it was way too easy to prepare in the microwave or just boil it, put into a bowl, and mix up with your own seasoning or sauce. It didn't taste unhealthy or artificial in any way either, just seemed like the equivalent of if you had boiled your own rice noodles at home.Apparently, these are already healthy as it is, I do not need to consider how much I had for today. The only pro is that I could feel hungry after 2 hours during the day if Newdles is the only food I had. So I highly recommend those who are on a diet to eat with fish or chicken breast. Moreover, they are good if you're trying to avoid processed flour or anything with gluten.Here is the picture how I prepared for dinner last night, I tried them with grilled salmon and Asparagus try to make it 'more healthy' by adding protein and veges. I really love the ease of preparation and actual texture.
