I recently switched from a Spiricore/Larsen setup to these strings and I’m floored at how much better the sound is.  My cello sounds sweeter and smoother overall, and they even seem to minimize the wolf note.  Everything just sounds better and I’m working significantly less than I was before switching.  Worth every penny.

I bought these after having not played my cello in about a decade. Somehow, and I don't know how, it made my terrible squawking sound substantially less unpleasant. Even though I somehow put them on wrong the first time I tried. Amazing. Worth every penny.
