But as the price of blades has gone up and up I could no longer justify the cost so went to look for alternatives. After reading lots of reviews I decided to try one of these and was not disappointed. Its not much bigger than my razor and the battery seems to last forever on a charge. It gives a really close shave and I have not nicked or cut myself once despite daily use for several weeks. I have not found the need to replace the blade yet as the original one is still performing great and the extra accessories are great for trimming hair on other body parts. I even picked up a nose hair attachment for it! I also brought a little travel case to transport it in which is great. All in all I feel its great value for money as its replaced 3 of my previous grooming tools in 1 handy device. My only criticism is the base is not flat so you cant stand it up but thats obviously pretty minor! All in all great bit of kit.
