The first one I installed worked just fine. The second did not work at all. Unfortunately for me, the "window to return" had closed about a week before I installed the second, inoperative cartridge. Obviously, I didn't install the second one until the first was empty, so I had no idea the cartridge was worthless. I tried to contact the company at their provided email address and initially got no response.Update: I finally did hear from the company and they ended up replacing both cartridges at no cost to me. The replacement cartridges did work as advertised.
