The others are, banana splits and frozen banana with a thick chocolate coating. Sorry, bananas are pasty and have a dull taste and are not particularly flavorful. However, something happens when you change the texture and concentrate the flavor. They start to taste good. These dried bananas taste great, lots of flavor, and aren't pasty like ground chalk mixed with flower and water. The feel like banana 'jerky' for lack of a better word but they are not hard to bite into. In the last two weeks I have had two packages. This is more banana than I have eaten in the last year.
