I’ve done mat Pilates in the past but felt like I needed more.The set up only took me about 30 minutes and was very straightforward if you watch the video. The product feels sturdy and I don’t ever feel like it won’t hold my weight. In terms of folding it back up it’s nice and easy as well and doesn’t take up too much space. It’s not too heavy but definitely awkward to bring in the box from outside by yourself. I’m 5’1 and feel like this is the perfect size for me in terms of length of the track and also the mat. I don’t know how well it would do for someone much taller though.I love that there are springs + cords for resistance because I don’t feel like I will max it out right away. In terms of the workout I feel that there is so much I’m able to do on here for full body that I didn’t even think of before.As someone with chronic illness and POTS I feel like this is very friendly for me to use. I used to hate working out and would get weak too fast, but since I’ve gotten this I’ve been able to work out 45 mins to an hour easily now which is very rare for me. I actually look forward to using the machine! It isn't so heavy that I can't fold it up and move it out of the way when needed. It comes exactly as pictured and with easy to understand assembly instructions. I look up workout videos on youtube and don't feel like I cant keep up even if my reformer isn't the same one as the instructors. I feel like I have plenty of room to grow with the versatility of the coils and bands. It is has great functionality to be used in a number of pilates exercises for strength training and toning.Overall I am very happy with purchase.
