I tried a few different lactation support products in the past and never finished the boxes. The taste of fenugreek is off-putting to me and so I just gave up on them. Then I tried these bars. I cannot taste any fenugreek even though there is 500mg inside. I love to bring these along in my diaper bag for a quick snack or even a meal "on-the-go." As a mom of a toddler and infant, who knows when I will get a chance to eat again?! I eat one bar or even just a half a bar the day before I plan to pump (I pump about 1-2x/week for supplemental bottles for the upcoming week). If I eat 1 bar, it increases my milk supply about 2-3 days. It tastes pretty good, but if you are craving a brownie, then you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a protein bar with a brownie flavor, then this delivers (oat, rice, brownie flavors in a dense bar). I love that there is 6g of protein b/c as I mentioned sometimes I eat it as a snack or meal and it keeps me full for a few hours unlike a lactation cookie. But unlike a typical protein bar it increases my milk supply. These bars are the only lactation support I use and I share them with my friends after they give birth. I highly recommend them if you don't like fenugreek, are looking for a filling snack/meal, and need some lactation support (to boost a low supply or for pumping). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome nutrition stats! *by F***3 on July 23, 2018* Sweetie Pie Lactation Bars are a great way to increase your supply. I'm an ingredients and nutrition label reader, and these are superior other similar products. So many other products contain way more sugar and calories than necessary, and have the same milk producing ingredients as a candy bar. These contain many known galactagogues that other products don't! The flavor is satisfying without being overly sweet. The texture is chewy without being too gummy. These are definitely part of my breastfeeding journey to make sure I can provide for my baby for as long as possible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Supply Booster! *by E***Y on August 24, 2018* These bars definitely work! I had a noticeable increase in supply within 24 hours of eating a bar. They are pretty dense and can definitely stand as a meal replacement or a snack to get you through a long morning or afternoon.
