The wheels were smooth, and with this heavy piece burdened with a large duffel on top, and dragging a second suitcase with it, the maneuverability made the heavily-laden treks easy. I’ve used it on multiple trips since, and it has held up well. Set it to your personalized Combination. 4. Then click the big button on the right side. 5. It’s set ! 6. Remember you have to type in your Combo to Open and Close every time. My daughter also got one and they held up very well on the flight.
