I then experienced the sharp burning shooting pain of arthritis in my left hand and wrist. I stopped and switched to my right hand... this was the one with the copper bracelet with magnets. I experienced little to no pain in my right hand. This hand and wrist was worse than my left. The only explanation was the bracelet that I was wearing. There are all kinds of studies that shoot down copper bracelets for arthritis. They have all kinds of data. They would call my experience a placebo effect. My right hand and wrist certainly benefitted from the bracelet and it certainly didn't seem like a placebo when I had little to no pain. I decided to order a second bracelet for my left wrist and hand. I have noticed that on the better bracelets there is about a 75% to 80% satisfaction with them. This one worked for me...
