It dissolves well, but realize that the little bits in it are the healthy mushrooms. I just swirl it while I drink it. Nothing else pumpkin flavored compares. I have their chocolate flavored collagen too. This company makes a quality product and I'll never buy a different collagen for my coffee. I will always keep this in my house.

It just kind of gives your coffee the scent and slight taste of pumpkin spice, with a sour after taste. I'm going to work with it to see how I can pump up the flavor. Maybe I'll try mixing it with my usual brand, Sports Research, and see how if it is more tolerable. Would not buy again.

Well I'm hooked on this pumpkin spice collagen, I use it every morning in my coffee and it's delicious! It mixes up completely and adds just enough flavor not over powering. I do split the scoop into 2 servings so I have plenty for 2 cups of coffee, that way I get twice the pleasure LOL If you love pumpkin spice you won't be disappointed
