It's nice if you want to be able to charge your controllers without taking the grips off, or if you want to charge a battery, but it's useless as far as charging the headset. It's extremely difficult to line it up properly, and on the rare occasions I've managed to, the power light immediately turns red and the headset's charge lamp goes off. Yes, I'm using a 45W charger, as instructed.
