Size and Thickness: At 1350 * 640mm, the mat's size is decent, but it feels a bit narrow, especially during wider poses or exercises. The thickness provides enough cushioning , making it comfortable for exercises that put pressure on the knees, elbows, or back. Grip and Stability: One of the biggest disappointments is the lack of grip. The mat tends to slip on both carpeted and hard floors, which is frustrating and unsafe during high-intensity workouts such as skipping. The surface is also not very sticky, so my hands and feet often slide during poses, which affects my balance and overall workout experience. Overall Value: Considering the price, I expected much better quality and performance. There are cheaper mats on the market that offer better grip, cushioning, and durability. Unfortunately, the PROIRON Skipping Yoga Mat doesn’t live up to its promises and isn't worth the investment. Conclusion: I would not recommend this mat for anyone serious about jump rope exercise or yoga practice. It lacks the quality and features needed to support a good workout. There are definitely better options available at a similar or even lower price point. Save your money and look elsewhere. Review: Matte wie beschrieben pünktlich geliefert - Matte ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet, dämpfend (8 mm) und rutschfest. Also genau das, was ich gewollt und deshalb bestellt habe. ## Features - 【Buffer shock absorption, noise reduction and noise reduction】The cushion is made of soft and high-elastic TPE material, so as to relieve the impact of your feet, effectively cushion the shock, protect the joints while reducing noise and noise, and do not disturb others while exercising. - 【Functional partition, one pad for multiple purposes】The mat is divided into skipping area, push-up area, and abdominal wheel area.
