I have been using bacterial starter for kefir from another company for a long time and was very pleased. The taste was a bit sour and very good, the texture was one block and not jelly. In addition, it was very easy to prepare - put the starter in milk from the refrigerator, wait 20 hours - voila, kefir is ready. That company no longer exists and I bought it here. I bought a lot at once and I really regret it. This product is not easy, it does not work at room temperature. Milk should be stored at 24-29 C. Who has a thermostat at home? I only managed to ferment it only when I kept it at that temperature. It is tasteless, not at all like kefir. It's a scam that they call it kefir.
