My friend threw a birthday party for his daughter and I got this set for her. We saved the best gift for last apparently, because as soon as the instruments came out, nothing else mattered. She was enthralled by the drums and maracas, though she tried out and enjoyed everything. She picked up pretty quickly on how to use the drumsticks.
