A little noisy but that doesn’t matter too much. The cleaners provided are so good and easily removed stains from our sofa. Some stains older than I’d like to admit!!! It was disgusting but also enjoyable to see how much dirt was removed. There is cord storage and also clips to keep the hose tucked away when storing the unit, and overall it’s quite compact. Have 2 dogs so any and all cleaners we need to use have to be completely pet-friendly and non-toxic. The product was used on the ocassional wees and poos and served fine. However, this morning accidentally spilt a whole mug of coffee on the carpet - right before I had to leave for work. So I spread some baking powder on the spill (inwardly wailing at the massive stain that'll leave on the carpet and closed the door to keep the dogs out). Came back from work after 9 hours, vaccuumed up and then used this device. When I say it cleaned well, it cleaned it COMPLETELY!!! I could not believe my eyes - there is NO MORE stain on my carpet. What a miracle solution and product. Not to mention all the cleaning parts of the Bissell are completely disintegrable (is that a word?) and can be cleaned individually so its very satisfying. I only wish I had taken pictures before and after but I did not have high expectations to begin with sadly.Its not loud at all but it could be the loudest machine and I'd still use this.
