Whether I am seeing all the health benefits of a sauna, that is to be determined. So far, I am more relaxed, less sore, and seem to have improved sleep. Im so happy with my purchase. This sauna blanket came with really nice quality, the zippers are nicely designed with double sided and smooth to glide. The surface fabric is very sturdy . I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell at all. Not just me but my husband also enjoyed it so much that it is so relaxing and easy to use. I feel so toasty and relaxed, it’s shocking how sweaty you can get be in it in 20 mins. I leave this in my bedroom and it’s easy to fold away and unfold when needed in a weekly basis. I highly recommended to give it a try.
