    Cute idea, poorly executed.

Purchased as a gift for a colleague. It clearly states it is a JOURNAL, so I don’t understand the number of reviews by people who were greatly surprised by this. There is a sprinkling of what is supposed to be clever and funny little quips throughout, (the referenced “funny quotes”). Unfortunately, most were not that funny and several included improper spelling of words, (your in place of you’re), which is bad enough when someone does it in a Facebook post, but unacceptably grievous in what ought to have been a proofread, PUBLISHED manuscript. It’s an inexpensive little gift though, and I suppose you get what you pay for.
