They have a good sized chain so shluld fit both larger and thinner wrists. The bracelets are initially easy to set up following the guide, one of us was using and iphone and the other Android, but both sets of instructions were easy to follow, although we had some initial problems with the app disconnecting unless you left it actively open, following the Totwoo guide we both managed to fix the issue. Unfortunately the bracelets only works when it is connected to your phone via bluetooth and has wifi or data access. You can still receive messages and notifications through the app but won't get the notifications on the bracelet, which slightly defeated the purpose of them for me and my friend if we don't have our phones near us! You tap the bracelet face once to activate it, then tap again before the light goes off, it flashes and sends a thinking of you message to the other watch wearer.
