I want to take it out but not able to do.** A: Hi there, i had committed the same mistake :). But worry not it can be fixed. There are buttons at bottom of that handle which hold it to the ramaining body. You would have to push those buttons together using something sharp and pull out the handle at the same time . Highly recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, but design could improve *by A***P on 16 March 2026* I would have liked to give a 5 star rating for this product. However, on one occasion, the cotter pin which holds the rear wheel in the axle, came out and the wheel fell out. Thankfully my baby was safe, but the cotter pin was lost. As such I could not affix the wheel back on to the axle. I then contacted Luvlap customer service and Ritwika was kind enough to arrange replacement cotter pins and washers: Thanks Ritwika! I am 100% happy with the after sales service. However, I'm not entirely confident about the product design as the cotter pin could potentially come out again, resulting in the wheel coming off when pushing the stroller on rough roads. I think this design aspect needs to be looked into. Otherwise, the product is good, although on the heavier / bulkier side. I hope there will be no further issues and look forward to using it again.
