I will say I think it needs an antenna if you're actually going to use it on FM mode because I was not able to connect to a single station in my area and I know have stations that come in clearly for other radios in my home. That being said, it comes with a charging cable. It does not include a charging block so make sure you have a USB wall block or car adapter handy, but it does have a built-in battery so you do not have to be plugged in all the time which makes it a pretty versatile product and a lot more fun for my kids. It comes with two microphones that are a standard size. They both take two AA batteries which are not included so make sure you pick some up. I use desertcart basic brand and they work great at a good price. It also comes with a shoulder strap harness so you can carry it over your shoulder across your chest. Which again is perfect for my kids who are going to drag this thing all over our property. I haven't given it to my daughter yet so I can't include a video.
